Central west texas Very good evening. I am reasonably new to pellet grills and definitely Pit Boss. Been looking through listed here for awhile and decided to go on and sign-up. I have a vertical PBV4ps1 smoker. I'm not new to bbq/grillin/smoking. I will be age 75 in about 6 months, now are now living in central Texas about 85 miles North of Austin
